Amsterdam East gained a new rooftop bar last year. And what a gem it is! Fitz’s on the Roof is the chic rooftop bar at the beautiful Pillows Maurits at the Park. This rooftop in a stunning historic building opens in good weather for co*cktails with a view. Enjoy bar bites from Fitz’s Bar on the rooftop.
