Critical:QualityThis was the worst barber I have ever been to. When we first walked in Miguel the guy who cut my son’s hair was rude off the bat. He did not speak. My son kept telling him to loosen the cape and it was to tight. I told him how I wanted my son’s hair he had an attitude about that. Then had the nerve to question my son’s age when we left. I loved custom cuts! The guys in there work well together! Super engaging with literally all of their customers. They were really busy when we went in but they were quick about getting everyone in and out of their chairs! I wasn’t mad about the prices either… very reasonable! I also loved my boys cuts! Update 1/17/22: I needed to come back for an update because this place is the spot STILL. Great service, great people, great vibe, and of course best cuts around. Positive:QualityDisclaimer! Everyone in this establishment is amazing, on time and put out quality work. In exception to one person.Do not book Rodrigo. I’ve booked with him twice, the first time I showed and he was cutting someone else at our appointment time, I generally give a 10 minute buffer, no worries, quality takes time. But I waited for over 35 minutes, I had to walk out. Im busy and have a tight schedule.Thats fine, I get that people have bad days. So I gave him a second chance. Booked him for a 9:00 a.m, on a Saturday, figured since I’m the first cut of the day, he would be on time. He didn’t even show for the day, and I didn’t get word for over 25 minutes.Thankfully, one of the co-owners (Adam) made it right, and gave me a free cut at 3:00 PM that day. Great customer service, he will still get a nice tip.They didn’t lose my business, but Rodrigo definitely did.You guys keep hustling! Came in with my 83 year old father. We were told you were by appointment only but someone would take him. He didn’t want a fade or a fancy hair cut. Just wanted to get his hair off his ears. After being shined on for an hour we left. There’s a scene in Pretty woman where she goes back and let’s the counter person know they a big mistake well you should think of that scene…..

Critical:ProfessionalismIf I could go lower then a 1 star rating I would. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years, through COVID and all. This past year, when it has became an appointment only barbershop, I have been cancelled on 5 times. Yes 5 times! Like I said I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and have brought customers to the company! When I let them know I’ve been cancelled on 5 times, They didn’t do anything about their inconsideration. They have not accommodated to me as a customer and showed their lack of customer services. Such a bummer bc they have good barbers. But if I’m treated like this I don’t want to invest my hard earned money into their company.
