U.S. Passport Application Form FAQ (2024)

Passportapplication forms are only one or two pages in length plus a few pagesof instructions. A few can be completed online. All of them can bedownloaded and completed offline. If you complete the application formoffline, be sure to use black ink and to write legibly. The acceptanceagent will ask you to fill out the form again if you don't.
